    South Australian residents, schools, charities, sports teams and organisations. Anyone connected to an eligible organisation may apply on their behalf.

    Entries open 1 April 2026 and close 30 April 2026.

    One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 4 May, 2026 at 10:00am.

    The winning storage unit will be located at Roomia St Marys, so the organisation should be able to reasonably access the St Marys facility.
    The prize consists of one (1) drive-up storage unit measuring 2.3m x 5.8m, (or equivalent) located at the Roomia Self Storage St Marys SA facility. The total prize value is in excess of $5,000, calculated based on standard storage fees and applicable inclusions over a 12-month period. Unit size, configuration, and inclusions are subject to availability and standard Roomia Self Storage terms and conditions.
    Yes. Roomia facilities are designed with security in mind, including controlled access, CCTV monitoring and modern security systems to help keep stored items safe.
    Both individuals and organisations can enter. However, entries that clearly demonstrate a community, school, charity or group benefit will be strongly aligned with the purpose of the giveaway.
    All valid entries have an equal chance of winning, as the prize is drawn at random. Make sure your entry is complete and submitted before the closing date.

    No, only one entry per person is permitted. However, different people from the same organisation or family may each enter individually, provided they are 18 years or older.

    At the end of the free 12-month period, the winner may choose to continue storing with Roomia at standard rates, subject to availability—but there is no obligation to do so.
