The new Roomia Self Storage at Seaford opened in April 2024. When we say ‘new,’ we’re actually the original owners of the site. We developed the facility from day one, and we’re delighted to continue serving our storage customers and helping the residents of Old Noarlunga, Aldinga, Moana, Seaford Heights and surrounding areas under the new name of Roomia.

Why the change to Roomia? We saw an opportunity to offer our customers something a little extra – extra space, yes, but also 24/7 access, unparalleled customer service, modern facilities, a wide range of amenities including a free move-in van, but above all, understanding and a more local, personal Roomia approach.
