Discounts: One month free applies to the 2nd month. Customers must pay for the first month to access the offer.

Limited availability:

  • Availability is based on current unit stock. We can only discount units that are available and suitable.
  • Premium or high-demand units may be excluded.

New customers only: Offer applies to new move-ins only and cannot be transferred or applied to existing rentals.

Minimum stay: A minimum stay period of one month applies.

Non-transferable: Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated.

Booking requirements:

• • The discount must be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Online quotes provided during the promotional period will reflect eligible discounted units.

Standard terms apply: All rentals remain subject to Roomia’s standard storage agreement and policies.

Our current promotional offer(s) are available on selected storage unit sizes at participating Roomia Self Storage locations across Australia, subject to availability.   Discounts vary by location and unit size, with both short-term and longer-term promotional offers available.

Examples include:
20% off, the first 3 months.  35% off the first 3 months.  50% off the first three months.

Offers are set on a site-by-site basis, taking into account individual store availability and demand.

Eligible units will display the applicable offer (e.g. “20%, 35% or 50% off for up to 1, 2 or 3 months”) on the booking page or can be confirmed by contacting your preferred Roomia location.

The applicable discount applies only to the initial promotional period of the storage agreement, being up to 1, 2 or 3 months as specified for the selected unit. The discount applies to storage fees only and does not apply to any additional products or services unless expressly stated.

Customers are not required to stay for the full promotional period to receive the discount. If the agreement continues beyond the promotional period, standard storage rates will apply.

Full pricing, including promotional rates and any future charges, will be clearly disclosed at the time of quoting and prior to entering into a storage agreement.

• Is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

Roomia Self Storage reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw this offer at any time, subject to applicable consumer laws.

1. Promoter. This promotion is run by Roomia Self Storage.
2. Promotion Period  Entries open on [start date] and close at 11:59pm ACST on [closing date].
3. Who Can Enter

• Open to South Australian residents aged 18 years and over
• Open to individuals, small businesses, charities and schools
• Valid for use at Roomia St Marys SA only
• New customers only
• Employees of Roomia and their immediate families are not eligible

4. How to Enter. To enter, complete the official entry form during the promotion period and provide all requested details.  One entry per person. Incomplete or late entries won’t be accepted.

5. The Prize One winner will receive: Up to 12 months of free storage at Roomia St Marys SA, valued up to a maximum of $5,000 (inc GST) based on the monthly storage rate of the selected unit size.

A few important details:

• The total prize value is capped at $5,000
• The prize covers storage fees only
• The winner is responsible for any costs exceeding $5,000
• Insurance, locks and packaging materials are not included
• The prize must be redeemed within 3 months of the draw
• The storage period must be used within 12 consecutive months
• Subject to availability of units
• Not transferable, not redeemable for cash
• Cannot be used with any other offer, discount or promotion
• The winner must enter into Roomia’s standard storage agreement and comply with standard terms

6. Draw Details. The winner will be selected at random. The draw will take place at Roomia (Halifax Street, Adelaide SA) on [draw date].

7. Winner Notification. The winner will be contacted by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw. If we can’t reach the winner within 7 days, we may conduct a redraw.  The winner’s name may be shared on the Roomia website and social channels — because we love celebrating our community.

8. Sharing Your Story. At Roomia, we believe storage is never just about space — it’s about what that space creates in your life. By entering this promotion, you agree that if selected as the winner, Roomia may:

• Share your name, business, charity or school (if applicable)
• Share your story about how storage is helping create more room in your life
• Capture photo and video content with you at our St Marys facility
• Record a short on-camera interview about your experience and how the prize supports your next chapter

This content may be used across Roomia’s marketing channels, including (but not limited to):

• Website
• Social media
• Digital advertising
• Email marketing
• Media and PR opportunities

We’ll always approach this respectfully and collaboratively, in the spirit of celebrating your story and our community.  The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the prize, at a mutually agreed time.

If the winner is representing a business, charity or school, they confirm they have the authority to participate and provide consent on behalf of that organisation.

9. General

Roomia reserves the right to verify entries and to modify or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond our control.

This promotion is conducted in accordance with South Australian trade promotion regulations.
